    forget about gluta pills, they only work bec. of the vit. C they’ll tell you to take with them.. it’s the ascorbic acid that’s enhancing the lightening of the skin, the gulta pill has minimal effects.. but this can take months before you notice a difference..
    your best bet is to use skin lightening products that work.. choose products that are safe and potent – no hydroquinone or mercury.. then take vit. C 500mg everyday.. that’s your best combination.. plus of course the use of sunscreen..
