    Yes, they are i have tried them and their good to your health. The only side effect of them is whitening the skin so they are use as such.

    glutathione pills work only if:
    1. taken with a high dose of vitamin C
    2. you purchase the genuine ones because fakes are flooding the market
    it will also take months for you to see results.. if you want faster results, use skin lighteners topically for the first 2 months, just as the effects of the gluta pills will kick in.. and as you see the desired results achieved, you can decrease or discontinue the topical skin whiteners and just continue taking the glutathione pills.

    There is no effective way to ” lighten the skin” All products that claim to do so are misleading and should be illegal.
