… a product endorsement tagline….
Have you tried metathione/glutathione products–like soap, lotion, capsule?
Do you think they really work?
These products really sell like hotcakes in the Philippines.

The capsule is effective. I have a friend who is brown skinned. She’s been taking it and now I’ve noticed that her skin tone has changed. It is now fair brown. I think it really works. But I’m worried about the side effect of that.

No I have’nt coz i’m really fair skinned. I think they say the reduced glutathione works better than the ordinary ones, but they are more expensive.

I don’t if it does work. Why don’t you try so you will know?

My sister-in-law uses it. She’s gotten a few shades lighter, but she’s still not as light as I normally am. I’m not saying that to dis her, but it’s for comparison. because the point that I’m trying to make is, even if you take it for a long time like her (I think she’s been taking it for a couple of years now, orally and I think she uses the lotion) you still can’t go much lighter than a few shades from your natural birth color. And, it costs a lot.
You can’t fight genetics, I suppose. Unless you’re Michael Jackson.

No. I haven’t tried any of those yet.
I am skeptical about those kinds of products because of what I hear about them from friends.
Comment by Honeybee on 11 July 2009:
