How Do I Lighten/whiten My Skin?
July 15th, 2009 • Related • Filed Under
How do I lighten/whiten my skin? Could you please suggest products that I can use? Do those bleach tablets work? Creams?
NOTE: I don’t need answers telling me to ask Michael Jackson OR lecture me about being comfortable/content with my own skin color.
Thank you very much and Happy New Year!

Good morning,
I’m an aesthetician my recommendation is treat your skin with a professional line. go to http://www.exelskincare.com
go to skin care section chose vitamin “c” skin lightening day time,
night time use Beauty Repair complex is a hydration with glicolic acid will flake your dead skin cells. also used vegetable sunblock.
if you suffer from dark spot in some areas then use the following,
type skin lightening in the exel website you will see a skin lightening gel this gel for best result is to used once a week or twice, cleanse your skin tone and apply the skin lightening treatment live on for 10 to 15 min apply a vegetable skin masque on top of the skin lightening, live on for 10 min, removed with warm water apply toner again, the proceed an apply your moisturizer last but not least sunblock. and repeat this treatment for about three month twice a week definitely you will accomplish what are you looking for a lighter skin complex and even tone.
Tips for under eyes dark circles, use vitamin “K” trust me you will notice the difference in days.

glutathione works if you want to whiten your skin. i am using it and it has visible results… it is actually an anti-oxidant but then its nice to know that you have ure anti-oxidant and a product that would whiten your skin… i also had diamond peeling and it works for me… my doctor (dermatologist) told me that diamond peeling is still the best to improve dark spots, scars etc and with the help of glutathione it would be a 1,2 combo punch that would help improve your skin color…

Are you trying to get rid of uneven splotches on your skin? If so, you need a lightening cream with some active ingredients such as Hydroquinone. it comes is strengths too. the higher the more potent. Use Caution! basically peels top layer of skin, must use sunscreen after wards. otherwise, don’t bother.

You can try bathing with lemon juice everyday.Leave it for like 10mins before you rinse. Also, make sure you apply sunblock lotion SPF 20 or higher when you go out,not only to avoid getting darker skin but to avoid getting skin cancer esp if its really too hot outside.

the best way to lightening your skin is go to a dermatologist and keep in mind your face is your calling card in today’s world. At something in the range of 100.00 to 500.00, even if your young you could get a job save up, within a short time you could pick a doctor you like I prefer a woman. And at one visit per month for 100.00 you could turn your problem into your best asset. It’s a life long commitment, worth the time and effort. You’ll never doubt your choice of color for make up or type, you’ll know you’re eating right, once you pay money you’ll take all this seriously. I hate to see people order makeup off the home shopping networks to find that it’s too greasy or too expensive to keep up. Money well spent will take you so much further than a band aide. If you need extensive work done, you can make out a payment plan. you’re confidence will be 200 %

Temporarily – just mix your usual foundation with moisturiser and use a pale face powder.

Ive managed to get quite pale just by not going into the sun and when you shower if you have a loofah sponge scrub yourself it takes off the top layers of skin so that its lighter but if using that method then apply lotion right after you don’t want to get red lol

There are a lot of Japanese creams and lotions on the market meant to lighten skin, not sure if they work though – I used to rely on staying out of the sun, heavy duty sunscreen (50) even in winter and carrying a sun shade whenever necessary.. Some of these products are horrendously expensive – you will find that even a known brand like Shiseido has an own range of whitening products. Try ebay maybe or Google to see if they are available in your area.
