Hi… I’m a lady from Singapore and will likes to lend u a hand… Firstly, needs to know that are you a very tent skin boy since young? If yes, u can’t do much on it.. But u can prevent by avoiding too much outdoor programmers, aspecially during the hot weather or swim under the hot sun. U may also wear a cap, just to prevent heat from sun to your face. As for your conditions of choosing beauty products.. U can purchase thoses Cleansing form wash which had indicate for UV protection, whitenting and normal skin. As most of the cleansing form wash can smoothen our skin, so dun need to worry. Do not buy for dry skin cleansing form wash as it will makes your skin even dry. But if your problems is having pigmentation on face “mean a few big or small black patches around your face”, it hard to solve… Proviced u can afford to spent a lum sums and get a professnational beauty theraptial to solve your problems. Cos pigmentation really needs to do treatments for about 3 to 4 months and also needs to go for treatments for twices a week. Purchasing products is a must… if the theraptial want you to… Cos u need to apply them everday to improve it. And also get yourself 1 UV35 sunblock cream (u may easily buy from any shops but not at beauty facial shop cos it quite expensive). But if u are the lucky one of just having dark skin tone or having scars or marks on your face, what u need is to buy a scars marks cream “if needed” (apply twices a day for morning and nite), 1 whitening cream (apply twices a day for morning and nite),1 UV35 sunblock is a must to prevent growing pigmentation under the hot sun. It also will help alots for prevents hot heat while cooking, strong light and sun too. (apply twices a day for morning and late noon), 1 toner is to close your marks and open pores (apply twices a day for morning and nite) and 1 UV whitening cleansing foam wash in tube “not those cake soap cos it will make your skin dry” (cleanse 3 times a day). Cleansing our face is the most important step as we will always facing lots of dirty air and wind from outside even at home. By not keeping our face clean, it will makes our pore dirty n even expand bigger. That the reason why we need to apply toner twices a day is to prevents pores expanded… All rite then… These are the steps that you need to follow… 1st- Whitening Cleansing Foam Wash (cleanse 3 times a day). 2nd- Toner (apply on your whole face and neck with cottons wools twices a day). 3rd- Scars and marks cream “if needed” (apply only on scars and marks areas in a thinner layer untill u can feel not so creamy). 4th- Whitening cream (apply twices a day on your whole face and neck in thinner layer). 5th- 35UV Sunblock cream (apply twices a day too on your whole face in thinner layer). Yup… these’s two more things to inform you that… while buying scars, marks and whitening creams, choose only for non-oily cream cos oily cream will makes your skin looks oily and untidy look… And also will easily grows more white and black heads due to your face is oily. *Always remember to cleanse your face deepily clean whenever u are back from outside. Do not cleanse or rub too hard on your face while doing all the 5th steps, cos it will only makes your skin become more thinner, sensitives and lines appare on your face… Well I think I got to go now cos i really talk too much.. lol.. Wish you all the best and work harder on your skin ok… Takecare.

acidic fruits like strawberrys, oranges and lemon help. as a filipino myself; and the fact that yu live in the philippines… calamansi juice would work !
also, try this mask.
boil plain oatmeal, not too much
then add milk,
add vinegar
and you got a moisturizing mask that lightens your skin as well !

you could rub peroxide on your teeth, a big bottle is like $2 here(i dont know what currency you use in the philippines, but $2 is cheap.)
just use a cotton ball or something along those lines to rub the peroxide on with. then for the finishing touch, use a Q-Tip with peroxide on it to get the corners and creases.
good luck!
