What Is The Difference Between Glutathione And Met Tathione? ?

Both products appear to offer the same beautifying effects but which is MORE effective? Both also contain Vit C and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Is it advisable to take extra Vit C doses aside from what is included?

They are the same thing. Metathione is a brand name of a glutathione product. Glutathione is the natural occuring compound that exists in the body commonly known as the master antioxdant. L-glutathione (L means it is reduced), which is what is commonly found in stores, is the reduced version of the body’s antioxidant.
