Whats Skin Whitening Cream/lotion???

what exactly does it do??
and how much should i use??
and should i apply it all over my face???

    basically it’s a lotion which you put on and over time it will fade away brown spots, acne scars and etc. it will also make your face lighter. Don’t put something on your face that your are completely sure of.

    well, there’s this cream called pop that’s sold in chinese markets where they sell medicines. like at 99 ranch market is likely where you’ll find it. it’s in a pink circular container
