Will It Be Bad For Me To Take All These Supplements And Vitamins Together?
I want to do a colon cleanse from this site “colonix” http://www.drnatura.com/ I want to take the colonix fiber powder in the morning with the the paranil capsules and then in the afternoon I want to take N-ACETYL CYSTEINE 600 mg to increase my Glutathione levels and (1000 mgs of freeze dried acai berry together with 700mg trans resveratrol and 300 mgs grape skin in a 3 in 1 powder form) and a ALPHA LIPOIC ACID 600mg
I also have vitamin E 500 mgs, vitamin C 500 mgs, vitamin A 5000 mgs
That I want to maybe take too? ? ?

Those are all perfectly safe to take together.
If you want to be on the safe side, it would be best to take the cleanser(s) a couple hours apart from the rest of your supplements, just in case the cleansers may clean some of the supplements out. Good luck and I hope I helped!

OUCH!! That is a lot of ALA! UNSAFE. ALA is a natural mercury chelator. It should only be taken at 1/4 mg per pound of body weight, and it should be taken every 4 hours for at least three days. So, if you are 100 pounds, you shouldn’t take more than 25mg of ALA. Otherwise, you run the risk of redistributing mercury in your body and causing other problems. DO NOT use ALA if you have mercury (silver amalgam) fillings. If you decide to take the ALA despite warnings, then be very self-aware and stop at any sign of feeling odd or discomfort.
As for the rest of it, don’t jump in with both feet. You are listing some pretty strong herbs and supplements there. Start slowly and gradually increase. Preferably, add only one of the supplements at a time, and wait three days before adding something new. This way you will know if any of the supplements are giving you problems.
The probiotic drink or supplement can be started ASAP, and early morning is a good time for that. Kefir is a great option if you have a store that sells it nearby. If you get probiotic pills, make sure they are refrigerated, as probiotics are supposed to be living and will die at room temperature.
