Plaese Recommend A Really Effective Brand Of Whitening Lotion Suited For Asian Skin To Even Out My Skin Tone.?

i am not fond of wearing sleeveless tops so i have an uneven skin tone on my arms. i have tried so many whitening lotions but it just wont work.can someone please help me find a brand(i am from the philippines) that would effectively even out or lighten my skin tone.thanks!

    Try Kojic acid bleaching lotion, or bleaching lotion with SPF 30. You will notice a slight skin peel, after which the skin tone will even out. Results will be observed after regular use.http://asianskincare.wetpaint.com/

    You should try DiorSnow brightening lotion. It is designed especially for Asian skin and it is very effective. It is very expensive but worth every penny! I am from Hispanic descent and have uneven skin tone on my face from sun exposure, I had tried just about every lotion out there and this one did it for me, my skin not only looks younger but it also looks even and bright! They have a complete line, available at most fine department stores. Again, very expensive!!
