Trying To Have Clear Skin And Teeth Whitening!?

ok i use clean and clear blackhead scrub (works rlly good!) thn acne astringent.
lately my face has been really dry even though my face is silky smooth thanks to my washes. lotion makes me break out what else can i use?

i been using peroxide to brush my teeth then followed by my toothpaste to whiten them and i think its been working =] the only bad thing is i hear it weakens your enamel and good mouthwashes or toothpaste to strengthen them? (no i will not use strips or trays to whiten my teeth i have sensative teeth and it hurts like he!! when i use them.

    Skin:
    Believe it or not, Vasaline works WONDERS for dry skin. As long as you don’t glob it on, it WON’T be greasy, and does not clog pores. Use sparingly. I use it, and it also makes my skin glow.
    Teeth:
    I use a whitening toothpaste called Aqua Fresh Whitening.
    That works better than anything I’ve ever used.
    Also, there are whitening mouth washes: Listerine for example, but they taste NASTY. But if you don’t mind the taste, I’d try that!

    nice start umm just use the whitening strips i noticed little by little my teeth getting whiter after five days :) use cream for face and strips for teeth

    my skin is super sensitive and i use aveeno lotion on my face. i don’t actually use the specific face lotion, just the regular body lotion and it seems to work just fine.
    and for your teeth, i also have sensitive teeth but i use the crest overnight whitening gel that you paint on then brush away in the morning. it’s worked great so far! but if you want to strengthen your enamel, the best toothpaste to use is either arm and hammer enamelcare or sensodyne pronamel (for sensitive teeth). as far as mouthwashes go, act restoring mouthwash seems to be the most popular.

    Teeth- if you do by any chance go to the tanning bed smile in the tanning bed. it sounds completely ridiculous but it works im telling you.
