It has all kind of benefits. The skin whitening is just a happy side effect

i heard usually lemon will help. Cut the lemon into two. Squeeze out the juice first, then rub the squeeze lemon on your dark knee. Do remember that if you have sensitive skin, this natural DIY method is not suitable for you.

natural way is like put a yogurt mask on it, wash it with milk, or wash it with like fruit juices(real one, not with addictives, or concentrate) or fruit masks,

Elbows and knees take second, third or sometimes even the last priority where skincare is concerned. Most people spend hours fussing over their face and hair but not enough time on other parts of the body like the elbows and knees for one. The most common reason being that these parts are generally unexposed to the sun. In fact, when exposed, courtesy sleeveless tops, kurtas and blouses or short skirts and shorts, they bring to the fore some ‘dark’ truths. Atmospheric pollutants and sitting habits that include leaning on hard surfaces are major culprits that make the skin on these areas scaly, dry and dark
Dryness:
Papaya is a great exfoliating agent and is very effective in softening the skin on the elbows and knees. You need to rub these areas with a cube of ripe papaya. You could use the inside of a papaya peel instead

First, lemon. Cut in half and rub the lemon on your skin, not the juice. Lay in the sun for a half-hour and the lemon juice acts like a bleaching agent, only au’naturale! Keep knees and elbows moist…best intense moisturizing body lotion? Avon…Moisture Therapy (doesn’t really smell too great, but best for moisture.)
