What’s The Best Way To Whiten/even Out Uneven Skin Tone?

Is there a product? A method (like friction, scrubbing..etc?)…
I’ve got patches of dark skin (I mean darker than the rest of my skin) in certain parts of my body.. HELP! Asking a dermatologist is out of the question (personal reasons)…

fade cream with at least 2% hydroquinone. but the secret is use it only on the dark areas…if you get it on the lighter areas just outside the dark area..it will lighten it too making it appear as if its not working. now, if the areas are big, its called hypopigmentation. you might want to do your individual research cuz i know how to treat it but not prevent it…sorry i only studied the basics in esthetics before i got bored with it, but im sure someone out there has done the research and has posted it somewhere online.

They have whitening creams you might try. Thinning might work and avoiding the sun.
