At What Age Can One Start Using Whitening Masks And Such?

well, personally, i do a lot of outdoor sports and stuff and there is very uneven tan on my face. i am thinking of using whitening cream/ mask/ scrub. but i am only 16 and my mum say it may not be good for the skin. is there an appropriate age to use such products?
also, if i can use them, is there any specific brand or product you can recommend?

    There is some bleaching properties in the whitening products. At your age, you can still have your skin repaired the natural way like the use of plants on your face, facial massages without using chemicals. You need to protect your skin like wearing a cap or using a sun tan lotion. Protect your skin now before it is too late to do anything.

    actually no one should ever start using whitening mask, because in the long run it can damage the skin.
