Do “milk Baths” Whiten The Skin?

Because I used to be fair but now very tan, and I REALLY WANT TO HAVE MY FAIR SKIN BACK. Dark skin looks ick on me. If not, then what are some safe ways to whiten skin to its natural color, maybe even lighter!!

  1. I live in Taiwan and girls here are gaga over whitening skin, so I knew a few tips. From 1) Avoid too much sun exposure. (but don’t become a vampire, youre skin needs vitamin D) 2) Sunscreen, always, even if it’s just a 5 minute walk. (verrry important). 3) Whitening products; the Lancome 3-day whitening thing works wonders. I didn’t believe it at first, but I used the three steps and the Lancome thing and people are saying that I’m getting fairer. Lancome is an example of a whitening product that works, but there are plenty more Asian products designed just to whiten the skin, some not as expensive as Lancome. Results usually come after 2 to 3 weeks, if you follow the 3 steps closely. Good luck!

  2. I don’t think that milk will lighten your skin but you can get some lightening cream, or I’ve heard that you can use lemon.

  3. hey, wake up!! dark, tanned skin with hues of copper and gold is beautiful! so try not to be so fair-skin obsessed!! anywaz i dont think rubbing any amount of milk to your skin wil make any difference to its colour(though you may get a smooth and glowing complexion) . but if you are still unsatisfied you can use traditional stuff like lime water, sandalwood paste or even honey.also always use a sunscreen and reapply after every 2hrs or so depending on the climate and the type of sunscreen you use.also try products with sea minerals in spa treatments.

  4. for fast skin whitining and skin care 100% in

  5. i’ve successfully maintained the fair color of my skin by using skin lightening products and a high spf sunscreen.. you can’t avoid the sun and the UVB and UVA rays penetrate even in the shade.. i love my fair skin, and want to keep it that way – away from further darkening and sun damage.. here’s how i did it -
