   Well, I dont think any creams will get rid of your birth marks and moles. You need cosmetic surgery to do it. Amira magic cost a lot of money to buy and they say it does not work. But why dont you try diana stalder products and its a lot cheaper to get rid of your black or brown spots?    The cream will not help with birthmarks and moles. Unless thats is some magic cream. I know of nothing for remvoal besides surgery. Your born with it for a reason.
   Now sun spots and brown spots are diffrent, you can fade them. Certain creams work better tehn others.
   Some of the ingredients go down deep and break up the cluster of pigment.
   Microdermabrasion will also help.

   amira has hydroquinone which is carcinogenic and can cause skin cancer after long term use.. it has been banned in europe and asia.. also avoid products that contain mercury pr steroids.. here’s a good source for safer and effective skin whitening products -
