Can Anyone Recommend A Whitening/lightening Moisturising Face Cream ?

My skin tone is very uneven and would like it to look paler.

    try the asian brands like HK2 or Junkisui. as I have seen all asian brands tend to provide you more lighter than caucasian brand since many ppl in asia wanted to look white. and this will work well on caucasian ppl. and lighter on asian people.
