What Whitening Creams Do You Recommend?

Do they actually work, and make my skin whiter/paler?
Do the Neutrogena ones work? Besides Neutrogena, what whitening creams do you recommend?
Before anyone asks why I want to go pale, I look better pale, and it makes me photogenic…haha. Oh, and I’m Asian, if that has anything to do with it…

    I suggest making a paste of flour and milk and applying it to your skin for about 20 minutes. It works for me, though I also use sunscreen and wear long sleeves.
    If you have a juicer, potato juice has natural whitening properties.
    Oh, and check out the question in my source! That could help you on the right right.
