Is Japanese Skin Care Good?
I was wondering if Japanese skin care products would work well for me (I am Caucasian). I noticed that many have whitening ingredients, are these safe? There are two brands I have been researching; Kose and Regene. Are these any good? I tend to get occasional acne in my T-zone, I have an annoying issue with blackheads (ick) around my nose, and my cheeks can sometimes get red and blotchy. It seems like I qualify for every skin type so I’m not sure what to get! If I get stuff that’s specifically for Acne my face drys out and gets even redder (it tends to be sensitive), and other products make me breakout! It’s a vicious cycle! Overall however, I have pretty decent skin, it’s very fair and soft. Will the whitening help with the redness? I’m looking for products that have natural ingredients, are safe, have UV protection (I’m very anti-sun and anti-tan) and will hopefully help me get one step closer to having the flawless skin that Japanese women seem to be blessed with! =]

Unfortunately, I think the clear skin of Japanese is more down to diet and genes than to skin care using any particular products.
