What Product Should I Use To Whiten My Skin(from Left-over Of Acne And Else)?

Hi,
What product should I use to whiten my skin, that’s not too expensive and that I can find anywhere in a pharmacy store?
It’s from left-over of acne(that’s also causing me to have my skin a bit red) and some place in my face.
Like those kind of spot(mines are pretty the same as those):

    I’m not positive on how to restore your skin to it’s original state, but I’ve always used ProActive, and I’ve never had a problem with my skin once.
    Maybe it could work with yours too?

    my mum gets me sum green foaming gel from the body shop, that often helps, makes it a bit dry tho…
