How Do I Get Lighter Skin?

naturally have even skin, but these days I have been tanning up. I am not the type of person who looks good tan at all, so if you could give me face whitening tips that would be great (like to tone my skin and even it out, clean it, exfoliate, etc) thank you! ( :

  1. 1.Go to a store and get skin tan spray, just make sure the color is as light as you want it to be. Note that this is only in dire circumstances.
2.Try to stay out of the sun. If you have to exercise, join a gym or hit the road before dawn or after dusk.
3.Use ultra healing lotion that would give the effect of making your skin look lighter and glowing.
4.Wash and exfoliate your face often, this helps remove the layer of skin that is damaged by contact with the sun and thus lightening your skin somewhat. Use preferably an apricot exfoliator followed by a seaweed soap, purchased at mostly any medicine store. Make sure you don’t go into a washing frenze and spend all day by the tub though… and use a water based lotion with at least spf 15. Keep in mind that this will work significantly only if your skin was originally fair, otherwise it might only make your skin smooth.
5.Drink water, and avoid too many caffeinated and sugary drinks
    .
6.Apply yogurt onto your face, preferably plain yogurt and massage for 15 minutes.
7.Wash your face in cold water five times a day. A good schedule for stay-at-home people could be once when you wake up, once after lunch, once right before/after an evening snack (or a time in between lunch and dinner), once before dinner and once right before bed. For those people who cannot do this, try once when you wake up, once when you get home, once before the time you reach home and dinner, once right before dinner and once before bed. This will help greatly.
