What Are Some Good Beauty Regimens?

I am going to Japan in a little under 2 months to see my fiance who is stationed there… I havent seen him since April… What are some wow factor get results type of products or regimens anyone would care to suggest?
Like for micro dermabrasion, tanning, hair stuff, skin firming and teeth whitening?
