Whats The Best Way To Whiten Old Scar?

i have a sensitive skin, a simple mosquito bite or a small cut will leave mark (scar) on my skin. im using whitening lotion but it has no visible effect. im confuse. please help. this problem has been bugging me for quite a long time. i know there’s still a way. technology will be my last option coz i know it takes a lot of money.

    i have found that vitamin e works good. it didnt completely go away but it helps.
