Can Anyone Recommend A Good Fairness Cream?

i’m an indian darkish brown skin tone and i want a fairness cream which will lighten my skin tone and erase dark lines on my neck.Form your experience which if best:-
1)garnier for men power light
2)nivea for men whitening
3)ponds white miracle
4)nomarks
5)recova
6)mederma
and if there is anything else please recommend.I’m not looking for over night results,I’m willing to wait.

    If I were you I would try natural stuff like tomato, potato, lemon, cucumber etc instead of fairness creams which are loaded with strong and harsh chemicals. My cousin became 3 tones lighter than me by applying fresh tomato juice on her skin. She used to cut a small tomato squeeze out the juice and apply it on her skin, then wait till it dried or 10 minutes then wash it off and apply moisturiser or some coconut or olive oil. You wont believe how clear glowy and amazing her skin became after a couple of weeks. (and fairer too!)
