Is Whitening Cream/lotion Really Effective?

i doubt…
i already used more than 10 brands of whitening lotion and 3 whitening cream but doesn’t work….i use it properly and read the directions before applying it to my skin.i know how to maintain it,i’ve red the DO’s and DONT’s of each product ,i also stay away from the sun for best results but it doesn’t work.!!!
pls recommend me effective whitening products..

    As i put in my previous post, i find the Sheer White collection to be the most effective. Usually you’ll find combining the product will work better, rather than say, just one lotion
    Not necessarily cheap but these things rarely are!

    for the body bio claire. but i’m not too sure about the ingredients. For the face definetely dr fred summit bleach. It takes about a week to kick in but once it starts working it doesn’t stop. plus it gives you a naturally lighter look so u don’t look bleached out.
