What Are The Effects Of Milk Bath?
January 6th, 2010 • Related • Filed Under
Does it really whitens your skin and smoothens it?
How do you apply it?
Do you have to let it dry after you apply it to your skin?
P.S. I also don’t have a bathtub, so is it okay if I rinse myself with milk instead of submerging myself in a bathtub?
Thanks!

well there are different effects of a milk bath , i doubt very much that pouring milk over you won’t achiieve thesse wanted effets , if i were you i’d soak a sponge in it , and make sure your skin is soaked in it .
the natural properties of milk help to:
* Soften/Smooth
* Exfoliate
* Make visible new, fresh cells
* Accelerate skin cell renewal
* Moisturize
* Relieve stress
hope this helps

rinsing yourself with milk wont make it absorb into your skin. sponging yourself with milk is a good idea.
and no, using milk does not whiten your skin, though it surely moisturises and smoothens it. its a tedious task but definitely worth it.the results are beautiful!
