I’m currently using DDF Brightening cleanser. I got it last week and I definitely see rapid results. I think spending a good amount of money on skin care products is more worth it than spending a couple dollars on something that will damage your face.http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?…

Better meet a doctor and take proper course. We really can’t believe products these days, even if they are from a branded company and with the most flamboyant advertisement.

Usually, the cheaper, more affordable products are not going to penetrate deep enough into the layers of your dermis to affect anything. Unfortunately, this is a case when the more expensive items tend to be better for your skin.
The best thing you could do would be to go into a Sephora, or an Ulta, or Origins, if you have any of those three available to you, and speak with a skin care consultant. They will not only be able to recommend something for you after visually inspecting your skin, but nine times out of ten they will give you a sample of it to try so you don’t waste a bunch of money on ineffective product, which it sounds like you’ve already done.
Ulta carries an absolutely wonderful line by Peter Thomas Roth. http://www.peterthomasroth.com/
For the pimples, they have a product called Blemish Buffing Beads with a 1% salicylic acid, which won’t be as drying as a glycolic acid-based product would be. Go to their website and poke around a bit. I’m not sure where your dark spots are on you that you are referencing. They carry another product called Potent Botanical Skin Brightening Gel Complex that works well, but it really depends on what area your dark spots are in.
    Good luck, hope this helped!

Hello there I have a fair compexion and don’t have pimple problems however I also have dark spots. I have tried both Ponds (age miracle and pink whitening cream) and Olay… I never tried Recova coz it didn’t work for my friends and most of their skin became dry and flaky.
What I could say about Ponds is both products feels the same when applied and I used it for a year however there seemed to be no visible improvement at all sorry to say but same with Olay. It only feels like using regular lotion on your face.
I have been using SKII or Mary Kay both of these products worked GREAT!!! totally worth a try!
    Hope this helps!!!
    ^_^
