My dentist recommended the Crest White Strips. I don’t know if they are the best, but I thought they worked.

Good luck…I have been searching for the same. I have hyper pigmentation/melasma on my face. I consider to be a very attractive however, only with make up. I’m so sick of wearing and trying and hiding the spots. Several years ago, I had laser treatment that was unsucessful. Haven’t tried this yet but i found these home remedies and other info to check out later….A cream with the ingredient hydroquinone or kojic acid will prevent overproduction of melanin and then also using an alpha hydroxy acid to reduce the pigementation/melasma.

Also, Avocado, microwaved sweet potato, and mayonnaise.

mix one avocado, half a sweet potato, and 4 tbsp mayo. blend until very fine and creamy, add one tsp oil (if you have oily skin, water works too.) and mix again. you can also add first aid cream (johnson & johnson is my favorite.). spread thickly on burn marks and/ or scars. do this for two or three weeks, and they will fade and go away.

The whitening power in toothpaste is very minimal at best. If you really want to whiten your teeth, you will have to go for the teeth whiteners or get it done at the dentist.

I think you should really try to cope with how you look now.. Skin whitening is really dangerous and can have serious consequences..

Maybe you could build your self confidence another way, like hitting the gym or trying a new hair cut..

In every split of a second, there’s a war… Well, I’m not talking about those guns, goons, terrorism or bombing. Because aside from these world wars caused by man, there’s also an inner-war that needs global concern and understanding. This is war against cancer cells inside your bodies. But like every state and country, your body has also its natural set of enemies.

Every single cell in your body has its own built-in defense system called “glutathione”. The good thing here is that, each cell produces it! Your immune system is highly dependent on your cells producing glutathione to aid in the prevention of all illness and diseases.

Glutathione is the cell’s protection against free radical damages and DNA changes. A cell’s defense system weakens as the level of glutathione lowers. It is then that free radicals damage the cell that’s why they mutate and start to multiply out of control. This leads to a “tumor” or “growth”. When you have low glutathione levels, the mutated cells can turn to cancer because the immune system can no longer do its job. But having a high glutathione level means having a strong immune system that can recognize an “injured” and “mutated” cells, thus, neutralizing them.

It is important to know that a mutated cell that has become a cancer cell nourished itself by feeding on the glutathione of the healthy cells. So as the cancer cells become stronger, the healthy cells become stronger, the healthy cells become weaker. Therefore, when one’s cancer cells are introduced to chemotherapy which is a means of boosting the immune system, it is the normal cells that have been originally drained of glutathione by the cancer cells that take the beating, This is the reason why one feels so sick after he underwent a chemotherapy.

Meanwhile, the once normal cell A that has been weakened by cell B, is also expose to the poison and radiation of chemotherapy. Even if you manage to somehow recover from the first cancer, your immune system is severely damage by the radiation or chemotherapy, that it can’t do its job. The cell A has become so susceptible to free radical damage, that within 1 to 4 years, it will also fail and become a secondary cancer with even more strength than the primary.

Obviously, the key here is to increase the glutathione levels in your body. With this, the immune system will be strengthened and can destroy the mutated cell. But glutathione, which naturally builds up the immune system, has to come from within the cells themselves, and manufactured by the cells.

But cancer cells are already stronger than the normal cells so these antioxidants in pill form only adds to their defense system against treatment by chemotherapy.

omg pleasee don’t whiten your teeth.. if it does that to the outside just think of what it will do to your insides if u swallow a bit of it =0 !!

however i dnt kno wat u can do as an alternative.. (maybe try the health section on Y!A) but brush ur teeth more often especially after coffee/coke/smoking ect…

Dye your hair a darker colour. If you’re not allowed, use sunscreen and stay out of the sun, but you can’t stay out of it completely. The sunlight gives us vitamin D :3 I wouldn’t recommend bleaching your skin, you will regret it. Gluta c is fine I’d imagine, just do a little research and see what other people think. However, your skin colour is your skin colour, embrace it, natural beauty is the best sort of beauty
