I’m using this skin whitening soap so I’ve used this for about 3 weeks. I haven’t noticed much skin whitening so when using this skin whitening soap do you just apply on to the skin then just leave it there then rinse or do you apply it on the skin then rub it then rinse?

i already used more than 10 brands of whitening lotion and 3 whitening cream but doesn’t work….i use it properly and read the directions before applying it to my skin.i know how to maintain it,i’ve red the DO’s and DONT’s of each product ,i also stay away from the sun for best results but [...]
