and wellness? What are the side effects and other harm it can do to our body? I’ve been taking VCO in capsules, ganoderma, amway products, cosway products and even glutathione and vitamin C. I just stopped taking Vit E since the one i used to take was synthetic.

I used home-made recipes as lemon juice with bicarbonate(dust),honey and olive oil,vinegar with water,herbal tea as camomile and parsley,milk and oats and hydrogen peroxide(solution) .
