I doubt it. Better stick with the green papaya soaps, whitening and bleaching bars.
if you want to spend a lot for whitening you can visit cosmetic surgeons for professional whitening treatments.

Honestly I have been taking Glutathione and Vitamin C and Alpha Lipoic acid and I have only saw slight signs of lighter skin(this coming from a dark person so result may vary)

Its a capusle 500 mg to whiten the skin and has to be taken for 6 months. It containshydroxytyrosol, L- gluthathione, vit C, Grapeseed extract and ALpha- T Acid, collagen and zinc aspartate. ( i just copy what is writen on the label).

Gluthathione (or Glutathione) is an antioxidant found in meats and vegetables like asparagus. It’s available as supplements but I don’t think it’s going to whiten your skin.
