Honestly I have been taking Glutathione and Vitamin C and Alpha Lipoic acid and I have only saw slight signs of lighter skin(this coming from a dark person so result may vary)
I even crushed the pills and mixed them with lotion and applied it to my face and it works slightly also I heard Glutathione cannot be properly digested orally but vitamin c can and i heard it lightens skin also so see if it works(Vitamin c is found cheap at your local super Wal-mart)!!

Any sort of cream that is applied to the skin (as is the drug you mention)can and will lighten small areas that are darkened due to things like hormones(melasma/pregnancy mask) or age(liver spots) You must apply the cream for up to 6 weeks to see any improvement. You MUST always wear sunscreen and/or clothing over the area for ever as one exposure to sun will make the spots return FOREVER…constant maintenece is required. You do not need a prescription for this cream. Buy the cheapest one as it works as well as the most expensive one the costly one may just smell better. Follow the instructions it WILL work.

I have yellowish tinted skin but my elbows, neck lines, knees and other areas of my skin are darker than usual. Using whitening soap or lotions is to tedious a task to be doing everyday, twice a day to even out my body skin. So I was thinking oral skin whiteners might be easier.

Its a capusle 500 mg to whiten the skin and has to be taken for 6 months. It containshydroxytyrosol, L- gluthathione, vit C, Grapeseed extract and ALpha- T Acid, collagen and zinc aspartate. ( i just copy what is writen on the label).
