I have darker skin than them (not that much) but i want skin like them. Do they use whitening powder or something? please tell me thanks.

I already have pale skin but I have a lot of freckles and I want that pretty clear porcelain look. Has anyone tried this product? I don’t want to use it and it damage my skin!
I just had my second baby that left ugly stretch marks. I’ve been using Palmer’s cocoa butter. My mother in-law suggested that I use Porcelain Skin Whitening Cream to improve the appearance of stretch marks. I’m kinda skeptical knowing that my skin is very sensative. Would it be harmful to use this product?
