I doubt that they really work. I think they are just ripping off the naive people who are not happy with what they have.
Maybe they just give the appearance when first applied that their skin is gradually getting white but after many pesos spent, they will probably see very little difference if any.

i already used more than 10 brands of whitening lotion and 3 whitening cream but doesn’t work….i use it properly and read the directions before applying it to my skin.i know how to maintain it,i’ve red the DO’s and DONT’s of each product ,i also stay away from the sun for best results but [...]
like those soaps, lotions, and creams, can they actually work, neither am i saying that the use is for african people( people with really and natural dark skin), nor am i asking about michael jackson…. so for example can a brazilian with natural tan skin really lighten his or her skin like nicole kidman type
