Any skin-lightening products containing hydroquinone would be considered new drugs, according to the proposed FDA regulations. The products would require FDA approval before being sold to the public and would only be available with a doctor’s prescription.

glutathione pills work only when taken with vitamin C.. a dermatologist-friend of mine revealed that vitamin C works better alone without gluta pills, from which the ascorbic acid inhibits melanin production of the skin and is best taken with the use of a good skin lightening product for the fastest results.. taking gluta pills wil take months before you see results.. i’ve maintained my original fair skin by following such regimen.. for a detailed description on how to lighten skin safely and effectively, here’s good article -

Yes, it is totally safe. Your body actually makes gluthathione on it’s own.

As for apple cider vinegar I’ve included a link to some of the wonderful things it does. I mix mine with some local honey to make it easier to drink and the honey has benefits of it’s own. Together the drink is called honegar.
