Is There Anything I Can Do About The Uneven Pigmentation Of My Skin?

I have very light skin, but it is covered with freckles, patches of brown, red, and yellow, and rosacea. It is very uneven, and when I am not wearing foundation, I look like a burn victim.
I have tried just about every at-home treatment, including lemon-juice, which seems to make these spots darker, not lighter.
Are there any bleaching treatments available that might help whiten my skin?
I also have very large, blocked pores. Will this interfere with the bleaching process?

I used to have mosquitoes bites n i like to scratch it n now it left marks on my arms and legs.the marks are darker than my skin tone.can i use scrub to get rid of it or moisturizing tan lotion?or whitening body lotion?i am not sure of what to do.

ok, for an example, im using whitening sunscreen everyday, and you know what happened to my skin? my face is white, but the area around my eyes is the old skin tone i had, ooyeah my face is like a raccoon, hehh, black around the eyes. heh ehe, i actually laught everytime i look my face in the mirror. help help oh, and, please tell me how to solve my problem without using makeup. )

Is there a product? A method (like friction, scrubbing..etc?)…
I’ve got patches of dark skin (I mean darker than the rest of my skin) in certain parts of my body.. HELP! Asking a dermatologist is out of the question (personal reasons)…
