Whats The Best To Whiten My Skin Skn Bleaching Or Skin Peeling And I Want It To Be Safe Also..thanks?

It is really unsafe to do either. Why do you want to bleach your skin? I mean if your going to do it regardless just use lightening lotions that basically have a diamond sheen. They will make you look lighter and not have the horrible chemical affects that bleaching can do.
