Why Would Anyone Try To Make Themselves Whiter?

Why would anyone try to make themselves whiter using skin whitening products? I can understand bleaching a small dark spot that does not match the rest of your skin color but what other reason would you do it for?

What Would You Recommend To Whiten Skin?

Hydroquinone cream will whiten your skin. There are prescription and over the counter types available. I have used Lustra for sun spots. It worked very well. Here are some websites that have it.
